ESAB Welding & Cutting Products introduces two new convenient toolbox outfits in their hand-held, oxy-acetylene welding and cutting product line. The new GT-510 toolbox outfits come in a durable, lockable Plano^® toolbox that is ideal for transporting to the jobsite. The outfits are available in both OXWELD^® and PUROX^® and contain everything needed for manual cutting and heating. These practical toolboxes include welding torch, cutting attachment, the new Rosebud Jr. heating head, nozzle, regulators, hoses, goggles and striker.

The PUROX^® GT-510 outfit offers a superior combination of welding and cutting components, featuring PUROX^® cutting tips. This outfit contains components built for rugged use and heavy-duty performance in a wide range of industrial, construction, maintenance and other metalworking applications. The GT-510 Outfit includes the W-300 torch suitable for welding thin gauge to 3/8” material, the new Rosebud Jr. with a heating range up to 30 cfh acetylene (44,000 BTU/hr), CW-300 cutting attachment for cutting up to 1-1/2” steel, 4200 series nozzle, and R-72 oxygen and acetylene regulators. The W-300 torch provides speed and uninterrupted welding, heating and brazing in production settings. The cutting attachment features ease-on control of cutting oxygen for smoother starts.

The OXWELD^® GT-510 outfit offers a combination of heavy-duty components perfect for contractors, general shops, maintenance, field applications, craftsmen, trade schools and journeyman users. The kit includes the W-400 torch, CW-400 cutting attachment, 1500 series tip, the new Rosebud Jr. heating head, and our Trimline^® R-76 oxygen and acetylene regulators. It offers a welding range up to 1/4 in. and a cutting range up to 1-1/2 in.

With optional heads and nozzles, these outfits can be adapted to weld up to 1 inch and cut up to 8 inches. Both toolbox outfits feature ESAB regulators that incorporate a patented internal baffle design to help prevent injury from burn-out. Built for years of trouble-free performance with minimum maintenance, the regulators also feature color-coded gauges for easy gas identification. Brass body construction ensures long service life.
